Slow cooker dahl
Slow cooker, Low 5-6 hrs / High 3-4 hrs
Ingredients
300g red lentils, rinsed well
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, fine chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
400g tin chopped tomatoes
600ml hot vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Coriander, to serve
Method
All ingredients into slow cooker
Cook on Low for 5-6 hours or High for 3-4 hours
